Leadership Team

Diana Busk
FOUNDER & CEO
Diana is the lynchpin of Going-There.  At the head of a team of gifted industry professionals, she believes that GT’s people are its strength. Diana is a visionary whose drive and zeal have contributed in no small part to the growth and success of the company.
Scott Addaman
EXECUTIVE VP, GLOBAL MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Scott has over 25 years of mobility experience. He helped establish the international program on site for a major corporation before then spending 10 years in global operations and account management. Atlanta-based, he has a Masters in HR Management, so is fully in tune with both the policy and practical side of Going-there clients' needs.
Kelly Burtar
EXECUTIVE VP, GLOBAL OPERATIONS
Kelly has worked in mobility throughout her career. Her work with relocation companies has also involved close liaison with regional centres in Memphis, Tennessee and Danbury, Connecticut, operating out of her office in Illinois. She works with teams around the world to ensure consistent quality of service delivery to clients.
Teresa Klimczyk
SNR. VP, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT 
Teresa is responsible for the training and professional development of Going-there's global network of Destination Consultants, overseeing them from day one of their relationship with the company.  Originally from the UK, she has lived in Poland for many years and started with the company as a Destination Consultant before through regional management to her present role.
Richard Tyrrell
SNR. VP, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Richard and his team keep Going-there cities’ content accurate and in real-time.  Publishing our Newsletter and acclaimed Global Leasing Report, our research department makes sure our clients are up to date with what happens in the destinations we serve.  In addition, this team collects, verifies and updates the millions of key data points available to our clients and assignees in the GT2go mobile city discovery tool.
Tyler Burns CRP
VP, GLOBAL MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Tyler has extensive mobility and business development experience. A graduate of Kent State University, he got his start with a major relocation management company, building and servicing clients in the Georgia, Alabama and Oklahoma communities. He is based in Houston, Texas.

Regional Operations

Going-there Regional Operations Directors and Managers are the front-line for our clients and act as a single point of contact for our corporations and relocation management companies. They manage each and every assignee file to the specifications of the corporate benefit policy and SLA.

Destination Consultants

Going-there Destination Consultants are our local experts who live and work in our GT Destination Cities. A GT Destination Consultant is recruited, trained, qualified and certified by us. They work exclusively for Going-there. In addition to being experts on their city, most have had ex-pat experience themselves giving the best insight into what assignees need.
