Leadership Team

Diana Busk

FOUNDER & CEO

Diana is the driving force behind Going-there. At the head of a team of gifted industry professionals, she's built a company where people — both clients and consultants — come first. She's pioneered tools that aid relocation rather than complicate it, earned GT multiple industry awards, and raised the bar for service delivery. She doesn't just lead the business. She sets the standard for what destination services can achieve.
Tyler Burns CRP
SNR. VP, GLOBAL MARKET DEVELOPMENT 
Tyler has extensive experience in global mobility and business development. A graduate of Kent State University, he began his career with a major relocation management company, building and supporting client programmes across Georgia, Alabama and Oklahoma. At GT, he leads global market development, working closely with Operations to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations. Tyler is based in Houston, Texas.
Teresa Klimczyk
EXECUTIVE VP, MARKET COMMUNICATIONS 
Originally from the UK and bilingual in English and Polish, Teresa has lived in Poland since 2004. She brings a background in B2B marketing and corporate communications from her career before relocating. She joined GT in 2012 as a Destination Consultant, moved into Regional Operations, and then led the transformation of GT's training programme. She's responsible for GT's market communications and digital strategy.
Maciej Goleba
SVP, GLOBAL OPERATIONS & CLIENT SERVICES
Maciej leads GT’s global operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and quality standards. A Polish national who grew up in the US, he earned a degree in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago and moved to Poland in 2012. He built his career in finance and project management at multinational organisations, before joining GT, where he spent many years as Regional Operations Director for Europe.
Richard Tyrrell
SNR. VP, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Richard and his team keep Going-there cities’ content accurate and in real-time.  Publishing our Newsletter and acclaimed Global Leasing Report, our research department makes sure our clients are up to date with what happens in the destinations we serve.  In addition, this team collects, verifies and updates the millions of key data points available to our clients and assignees in the GT2go mobile city discovery tool.
Heather Middleton

VP, SERVICE EXCELLENCE

A Georgia native with a business degree from Georgia State University, Heather has been with GT since 2009. She started as a Destination Consultant before moving into Regional Operations, and now oversees service quality, training and professional development across GT's global network, managing the GT Academy and supporting consultants in all 150+ locations. Her understanding of the DC role continues to shape how GT supports and develops its teams.

Regional Operations

Going-there Regional Operations Directors and Managers are the front-line for our clients and act as a single point of contact for our corporations and relocation management companies. They manage each and every assignee file to the specifications of the corporate benefit policy and SLA.

Destination Consultants

Going-there Destination Consultants are our local experts who live and work in our GT Destination Cities. A GT Destination Consultant is recruited, trained, qualified and certified by us. They work exclusively for Going-there. In addition to being experts on their city, most have had ex-pat experience themselves giving the best insight into what assignees need.
